ABOUT 21st Century Ops
21st Century Ops was founded by Jim “Mac” McEnteggart and Lillian Rivera, two industry veterans with more than 60 years of combined experience in critical facilities and data center commissioning.
For decades, Mac and Lillian worked on some of the most demanding projects around the globe. They saw firsthand the value commissioning brings—and the challenges that come when it’s treated like a commodity.
Instead of accepting the status quo, they built a new approach: one that pairs world-class commissioning services with a commitment to mentorship and workforce development.
Their mission is simple and personal: to make facilities run better today, and to train the next generation of professionals who will run them tomorrow.
